Privacy Policy
How Your Biz Tools handles information when you visit the site and use our tools.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you visit Your Biz Tools (“we,” “us,” or “the site”) at yourbiztools.de, how it is used, and the choices you have. Our tools are designed to run in your browser and to avoid collecting personal information directly. However, like most websites, the site relies on web hosting and third-party advertising that involve some technical information, described below.
1. Information you provide by email
The site does not use contact forms. If you choose to email us (for example, at the address in the Contact section), we receive your email address and any information you include in your message. We use that information only to read and respond to your inquiry and to improve our tools. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information by email.
2. Server logs and technical information
The site is hosted on third-party web-hosting infrastructure. Like most web servers, the hosting environment may automatically record standard technical information in server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system information, the pages you request, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used for purposes such as operating and securing the site, diagnosing problems, and understanding general usage. Because this technical information is collected automatically by hosting and advertising services, we do not claim that the site collects no information at all.
3. Cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar identifiers
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Web beacons (also called pixels) are small pieces of code that can record certain information. The pages of Your Biz Tools do not set their own tracking cookies to identify you. However, third-party services we use—most notably advertising—may set cookies, use web beacons, and process identifiers such as your IP address and advertising identifiers, as described in the next section. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though some features of third-party services may behave differently as a result.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense
Your Biz Tools uses Google AdSense, an advertising service provided by Google, and may work with other third-party advertising vendors. These services help keep the tools free to use.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to visitors based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Advertising may be personalized (based on information such as prior activity or interests) or non-personalized (based on general, non-identifying factors such as the content of the current page and your general location). Personalized advertising uses cookies and similar technologies; non-personalized advertising still uses cookies for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and fighting fraud and abuse.
- Advertising partners may collect and process information such as your IP address and device or advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads.
You can learn how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and how it handles advertising data, here:

5. Your advertising choices and browser controls
You have several ways to control advertising and cookies:
- Manage personalized advertising from Google through My Ad Center or Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of personalized advertising from many participating vendors at aboutads.info/choices (Digital Advertising Alliance) and optout.networkadvertising.org (Network Advertising Initiative).
- In the EU/UK, use Your Online Choices.
- Adjust or block cookies, and clear stored site data, directly in your browser’s settings. You can also browse in a private/incognito window.
Opting out of personalized ads does not remove advertising; you may still see non-personalized ads.
6. Browser storage (LocalStorage) used by calculators
Some calculators on Your Biz Tools can save the settings or presets you enter using your browser’s LocalStorage. For example, the Job Profit & Quote Calculator lets you save presets so they are available the next time you visit.
This information stays on your device. Calculator entries saved in your browser’s LocalStorage remain on your own device and are not transmitted to us—unless a specific tool clearly states that it sends information elsewhere. You can delete this stored data at any time by using a tool’s own clear/reset option (where provided) or by clearing your browser’s site data.
7. External links
The site contains links to third-party websites, including advertisers, reference sources, and (where clearly identified) affiliate partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. When you follow a link, we encourage you to review the destination site’s own privacy policy. See also our Affiliate Disclosure.
8. Children’s privacy
Your Biz Tools is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
9. Data retention
We keep email correspondence only for as long as needed to respond to and document your inquiry, unless a longer period is required. Server logs and advertising data are retained by our hosting and advertising providers in accordance with their own policies and retention practices. Information stored in your browser’s LocalStorage remains until you clear it or your browser removes it.
10. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). These can include the right to access, correct, or delete certain information, and to object to or limit certain processing.
We do not sell the personal information you send us by email. Please note that third-party advertising involves cookies and identifiers being shared with providers such as Google; depending on your jurisdiction and settings, some of this activity for personalized advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of information under certain privacy laws. You can limit it using the advertising and browser controls listed in section 5. To make a privacy request regarding information you have sent us directly, contact us using the details below.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site, our tools, or the services we use. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after an update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your information, email us at missedcallmoney@gmail.com or visit the Contact page.
